The first Blood Bowl 3 World Championship concluded on December 8th, crowning Spanish coach Andriy as the 2024 World Champion after an incredibly intense series. This marks the culmination of the 2024 Official Circuit, which featured a year packed with thrilling competitions.
It’s now time to look ahead and turn our focus to the 2025 World Championship, which will take place in Fall 2025, running from mid-September to early December.
To qualify for the World Championship, there are essentially two types of competitions:
- The Official Competitions
- The Supported Competitions
There are 2 different types of tickets to obtain:
- Direct tickets – Tickets that will directly qualify the coach for the Group Stage of the 2025 World Championship (32 tickets in total)
- Play-In tickets – Tickets that will qualify the coach for the Play-In phase of the 2025 World Championship, happening before the Group Stage. (64 tickets in total)
2025 OFFICIAL COMPETITIONS
OFFICIAL LADDER
- Season 6 – Rank #1 gets a Direct ticket
- Season 7 – Rank #1 gets a Direct ticket
- Season 8 – Rank #1 gets a Direct ticket
- Season 9 – Rank #1 gets a Direct ticket + Ranks #2 and #3 get a Play-In ticket
CHAMPIONS CUP
- Season 6 – Both finalists get a Direct ticket + both semifinalists get a Play-In ticket
- Season 7 – Both finalists get a Direct ticket + both semifinalists get a Play-In ticket
- Season 8 – Both finalists get a Direct ticket + both semifinalists get a Play-In ticket
- Season 9 – Both finalists get a Direct ticket
SUPER LEAGUE INVITATIONAL
- Winter Super League – The winner gets a Direct ticket
- Spring Super League – The winner gets a Direct ticket
- Summer Super League – The winner gets a Direct ticket
2025 SUPPORTED COMPETITIONS
A total of 48 Supported Competitions, organized by community leagues, will serve as qualifiers for the 2025 World Championship. If you’re not yet familiar with private leagues, we strongly encourage you to explore and join their competitions. Leagues are the beating heart of Blood Bowl 3, filled with passionate, welcoming players eager to share their love for the game and welcome new coaches to the community.
